Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
All shipping options are in NZ dollar and include postage and packaging. While we do our best to dispatch orders the following day of payment it isnt always possible. Please allow upto 3 working days for us to package and post your order. If it is urgent then please contact us and we will see what we can do. We do not ship until money has cleared in our account no exceptions!!

While we do our best to ship orders asap there are occassions when im home with kids or sick myself and cant always get to the post within the time frame but we will let you know of any delays.

NZ ORDERS:
Flat rate shipping charge $6

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
Shipping is now quoted. Postage has gone up so we can no longer offer a flat rate shipping to Australia. Your shipping invoice will be sent seperate once you have ordered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Yes we ship internationally, if you experience problems with ordering please email us your order and we will send you a invoice via paypal.
With all international orders (except Australia) we will send you a postage quote along with instructions on how to pay this part of your order. If you would like a shipping estimate prior to placing a order please contact us with the items you would like and we will get back to you with a cost. We will be updating postage options for overseas customers but at this stage we are only able to invoice it seperate or send a new total for your order including postage.

PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made directly to our bank account or by paypal/ paymate. Layby options are avaliable.

BANK CLEARANCE TIMES:
Payments made Monday through Friday usually clear over night. Payments made over the weekend dont clear until Tuesday.

RETURN POLICY:
Feminine hygeine products these are our menstrual pads and Lunette cups. Due to the personal nature of these products we can only accept returns on faulty products. We do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible and offer advice for each items suitability. Please read the FAQ's section for more information on our pads so you can accurately choose and the info section under Lunette cups or contact us to discuss your needs. For faulty or damaged feminine products please contact us immediately upon receiving your items

For other products on our site please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or faulty, a full replacement will be sent and customers expense for return postage will be covered.

If you find the item isnt what you want you can return to us for a refund, replacement or store credit to the value of your products only. Postage is not refunded if you change your mind.
